Whenever we're out and about downtown for the whole day, we usually take an hour and let the animals run around at a playground or park. But unfortunately, there would be no playgrounds today in the fifteen degree frigid afternoon.
A friend recommended this Chelsea indoor play space, City Treehouse, that was midway between our destinations. The boys both loved the huge water table, treehouse slide and ball bouncing studio room. (Bring a change of clothes with you.)

(I also discovered these Turtle Fur neck warmers and got them for the kids and I. It is so much warmer than all my other scarves.)
The toddler loved the show and hugged the teddy bear balloon that the Great Ragidy Supreme made for him.
