But now it is summertime, it looks like bright daytime when you get home from work and that means al fresco dinners. You can grill, clean out the fridge and make a nice picnic supper and there are so many things sitting around to throw into a salad.

But you know what is absolutely wonderful if you just throw it on the grill? Pineapple!
1. Cut off ends and husk of pineapple, then slice it
2. Grill on high heat 7-8 mins on each side
We didn't marinade or add anything to it and it was just such a perfect dessert in its own caramelized juice.
